A: Yes. While the original servers will continue to run, once we disable character creation on the 18th, we will begin deactivating areas of content.





Q: What if someone is unable to access their characters during this transfer period? What happens to their characters? (Added 11:40 a.m. EDT)



A: Any untransferred characters will remain on their existing servers. If a currently absent player returns, they will be able to log in and initiate the transfer. Eventually, we will move this functionality to our account center, but that may not happen for quite some time. Late-returning players to the Classic servers will still be able to complete their token trade-in when they return to the game before they transfer.

slightly off topic to what you quoted kim, but assuming your still rejoining which Ywain "server" are you going to (1-10)? as im a little confused by how it all works. That question also applies to RS.

Goorg mentioned something about #4 or #6, so I vote for either of those two.
