Ingame there is a feature called the Memo Pad, which basically acts like a storage house for your map locations if you know how to write the coding.

So, here's the Coding to display all Asmo Rift Enterances, and Elyos Rift Exits on the Morheim Map.

Copy and Paste the following into your Memo Pad ingame:

Once you paste this into your Memo Pad you will see Blue Links saying Enterance A > G // Exit A > G, simply click on all the links and they will be added to your map as a X.

NOTE: When the server updates to a new patch your memo pad will be deleted and everything in it will be gone, so you will need to copy any info inside it to a Notepad Document and then Copy + Paste back in after each Patch.
NOTE 2: Your Ingame Map Locations will be deleted when you log out, so you will have to open Memo Pad everytime you log in and click the links again.

Even after the latest patch, they still are on my note book, so no need to have copy and paste.
