Eve - Advice and stuff
Just making a thread so I don't spam the chat box Smile

I used to play but never really got into it. Gonna give it another chance since its still very popular and has had a makeover - if anyone feels like joining me Smile

Quote:Game won't come for afew days yet so I might make a post and copy what you said so people can offer advice ;p I really want a game to get into but having problems finding one atm Smile
» (del) Phil - 31-03-20:19 -- Let's make RS Eve!
» (del) Phil - 31-03-20:19 -- Cheers Trey. No doubt I'll be chewing your ear off Tongue
» (del) Phil - 31-03-20:19 -- not sure of the significat but for £14 I arent complaining
» (del) Phil - 31-03-20:18 -- Yeh there's a pack you can order so you can get into the fighting earlier
» (del) Aereth - 31-03-07:12 -- Special EvE thing? oO
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:56 -- the 24thIC preferably, ofc
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:56 -- with as your skills become better, dropping the relay for another heatsink or a plate, t2 guns, t2 repairer...but that should be fine for the missions (use a web instead of the scrambler) and good for running with random gangs in pvp if you join one of the militias Smile
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:54 -- punisher: 3x dual light pulse, 1mn afterburner, warp scrambler, adaptive nano plating, heatsink, small armour repairer, capacitor power relay <- all t1 hould fit reasonably easily and be pretty solid (and cheap!) to aim for initially Smile
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:48 -- amarr have gold ships too, which is surely win Wink
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:47 -- I'd also avoid caldari in general - most people pick caldari so caldari space is stuff full of people and as it's the internet a ood half of them are dribbling idiots Tongue
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:46 -- not to sure on the caldari or gallente ones tbh, rarely see any of either t1 frigates
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:46 -- or if you really must, rifters (the minmater version) are also great and just as scaleable as you "grow" Smile
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:45 -- and imo aim for a punisher frigate asap (check the market for skills etc) - they're awesome
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:45 -- attributes wise you probably want something with a naturally high willpower/perception (most combat skills key off that), so khanid or amarr are good
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:44 -- most of your intial skills aren't picked but trained faster at the beginning I think
» (del) Treyguard - 30-03-19:44 -- they redid char creation in the march release and you can rearrange attributes if you balls them up now (only once a year but still) so you can't really make something truely gimped
» (del) Phil - 30-03-19:38 -- Any tips on starting class / race etc?

I'd love an MMORPG that isn't monster obsessed pest extermination & a mangled clone of the last five MMOs...
