I can see it's a sniper spec, but if that's the case, you can still improve this as you wont have to worry about fitting in melee dmg, style dmg etc.
Also you will end up in melee so you need to at least have 65 quick on a kobbie

thats nice temp dont try improve it.. 15 quick is enough and less str its better.. doesnt hurt me so much when you might hit me
