Well as u know by now i do favor SOm for any clas that will do any melee fighting so i would try to fit that 1 in well take some more time looking at it tomorrow and see if any other stuff needs tweaking

true SoM is allways nice, but hard to fit for a thane if you want alot of other stuff.
I do plan to use Spear of Kings when meleeing for the proc, 1 minute style dmg reduction - should give some defence at least

Awsome temp if i may say, Astral stuff = expensive so yea i get your point in that.
And Goorg, SoM is overrated these days, there is so many other toys that are just as (or even more) usefull but thats my pov
