good work if you made it yourself, wil get you on your way.
Personally i'd rather up the body (especially vs other stealthers) resist and maybe nerf the + envenom or something, but thats just me.
won't comment on stats or toa's - as you said its a starters temp
and the Quickness is much to low really, if you are norse, you need about 75 i think to cap, maybe abit more. As a kobbie u'd stil need abit more, but maybe you are fine with that :>

change the 3 cold gem to a 3 heat gem - as a norse you get +5 to cold.

This is a 2hand template yeah? There are too many holes/odd things in the suit.

1) Heat, Cold & Matter are too low. Matter is more important these days due to claw spamming vamps :-( You dont HAVE to cap Cold and Heat, but you should try and get them 20-23

2) Your +Skills are not included in the template, however I went through the armour and this is what I found.
stealth 13
envenom 8
crit 5 (not enough)
Left axe 3 (not enough, unless you are 2hand spec which is ofc fine)
Sword 11/13 (If you're 2hand spec you've probably got 44 or more sword? So this is ok if you use a sword).
Axe 3 (you have Astral Mordant Battleaxe (Mid). If you're using this you need more than +3...unless you're going 47+ in axe?)

3) 200 hits (not enough)

4) Spraggon Defender's Cloak (Should be SOM, the +5% melee speed is nice and you cant beat the proc)
Ozur's Shadow Ring (Dunno how much this TG item costs? used to be alot but now you can farm there)
Ice-shadow Jerkin (Neither cheap nor expensive)
Arcane Assassin's Leggings (Neither cheap nor expensive)
Astral Mordant Battleaxe (have you farmed this or are you buying it?)

5) No Tenticle Ring or Dragonscale - The +10% melee resist /use2 is great. It was in your first attempt, but not the second.

I don't know how much plat or farming capabilities you have, however you have some nice items in the suit which cost plat, so it's not really a cheap suit. I think you should farm cash and make a better suit.
