Okay, i saw an advertisment in chat 2day from a Level 3 Legion who are looking for Mature players, 35+ for Grouping, Raiding Endgame etc..

The Legion is ranked 23 in the official server rankings, they use teamspeak and are quite social on it.

I talked to the guy who posted the recruitment message and he says our level ranges are more than acceptable provided the characters who join are played and not alts.

I feel this could be a good step for us, it would provide us all with people to play with as grouping is one of their recruitment aspects.

Decision is up to you guys, just thought id let you know.

- Its hard to build and recruit to a clan like Red Shadows when no one is online.. however it seems this Legion is more than willing to accept our members if they want to join. We can always keep Red Shadows for our Alts or lower level members and then have them invited to the new Legion.

Let me know your thoughts.

Which legion is it?

I think given the 35 lvl req. its impossible to move the whole guild as everyone isnt at that lvl yet.

The Legion is called Nightshade.

True they have a level 35 recruitment, but not everyone in Red Shadows plays anymore. From my count we have perhaps 7-8 active members. As they've been in the Legion dispite the lack of online members i dont see why they wouldnt level in Red Shadows and then join us all later.

I know you guys are a close knit group of friends etc but if the Legion has hardly any online members for others to group with then we wont be able to recruit to the Legion, and i dont think its fair on the current members who have no one to talk to ingame or group with from their own legion.

EDIT: The Leader of Nightshade says anyone 30+ is more than welcome, however they arent recruiting inactive people. They want people who are active.

What counts as active according to their standards? =)
I log in as much as i can, but i´m still 24... =)

Well i said most will play pretty much all weekend [unless RL interfers] and 2-3 days during the week again [unless RL interfers] and they seemed fine with that. I just dont think they want people who log in 2 days then are out of game for the rest.

EDIT: Okay, The leader is really needing an answer guys if you want to join or not. He wants to fill the legion and so far has stopped recruiting incase you guys want to join. So if you could come to some decision it would be great.

Well I really dont want to make a decision before everyone have agreed on it, as it is not my guild but everyones, and the majority of people here have been playing together for a long time now. I hope the guild leader will understands that and be patient as such a decision isnt something u make over night. I myself though will do what the majority of the guild will do and move with it if thats what the majority wants.

Well i told him you guys would either all come or non would which he understood, the legion is needing templars/chanters/clerics badly.. so you'd always have a group i would imagine, and the list of members is mostly 30-45 so its the perfect level range.

Hes willing to accept level 30's but from our legion only he will be recruiting 35+ from chat, but he's willing to accept our members if they are level 30+.

I told him as we have some members who are lower than that thats whats causing the issues, however as i said they can always remain with Red Shadows Legion and once they hit 30 they can join Nightshade, the leader didnt seem to have any issue with that.. so far from what i've seen they are a good set of guys and a similar sense of humour to the RS guys.

Anyway, i'll let him know you need more time to hear from all members and see where that leads us.
