- you could safely loose Jacina's sash in my opinion and work in the highest utility belts ingame - Soulbinder's belt.
- A caster template with Zoarkat bracer is a big plus.
- you could loose the cetus cloak for something higher utility (ML10 cloak (expensive), Flamewrought cloak (cheap), Nosdoden cloak (semi-cheap/expensive))

you could copy the initial template in this thread and be the bomb! j/k :^p
