A quick intro. Babblers is the name of our Universe 13 alliance in Ogame - it's only not Red Shadows as I named it Babblers years ago.

Ste, now the leader of this alliance as I'm just a background cheerleader these days, as well as some others carry on the fight in good Red Shadows and Babblers tradition - spitting blood and teeth in the face of the popular majoirty just like back in our glorious Dark Age of Camelot days.

The alliance is the few (but always correct!) vs the many.

Care to lend a hand to your old friends from RS? it'll be hard going at first but would be highly amusing to see dozens and dozens of RSA people flying the ol' flag!

How much time (a week etc) is needed to get basic things done?
I have spacenerd duties elsewhere but can push buttons randomly in ogame as well if there is a gang up and it doesn't need anything like "full mmo commitment" to be semi-useful.

depends on how much you want to commit to it. We'd help out with resources to start with, which would get you through the basics very quickly, then it's up to you.

To start with you will be building stuff on a hourly basis, after a few weeks that will be down to a few days. Eventuallly you will get to my sad state and have buildings that take literally weeks to save up for and just as long to build.

To play competently you need to log in at least once a day and either spend your built up res or fleet save it (i.e move it between planets as it can only be stolen when stationary).

Research will also take time (55days for mya last espionage upgrade), and you can only research one thing at a time.
