Are We The Guild For You?
Only by seeking challenges can we hope to find the best in ourselves
Hail Aspiring Shadows! We applaud your courage and eagerness to join the exclusive ranks of the Red Shadows. We have assembled one of the greatest guilds ever known to mmorpg's and our tales of adventure and bloodshed are only surpassed by our next expedition and crusade. If you think you can handle the responsibility and are still keen to submit an application, please read on and decide if our rules are something you can follow. If they are then your journey to discovering a guild has come to an end. Visit our forums and introduce yourself!
Rules
1. The golden rule, have fun while you play.
2. To help everyone in the guild without demand of compensation.
3. We expect all our members to take responsibility for their actions and to actively participate in the development of their characters as well as the betterment of the guild. Members should do their best to attend meetings, guild and alliance events, as well as groups designed to help gain needed experience and resources.
4. Do not publically complain. We do not tolerate whiners.
5. No private messaging guild mates for powerleveling.
6. Never ask for Powerleveling or gold in alliance chat.
7. No continual spamming of guild chat asking for powerleveling.
8. All members have the right to an opinion, however Red Shadows does not condone to the deliberate slander, greifing or abuse, etc. of our members. This is a zero tolerance policy so that we can protect and maintain the integrity of our guild. Members that violate this creed may be evicted through a vote of the officers in the guild.
Joining and Leaving Guild
1. With alternate characters, we ask that they are all in the guild. We cannot make this a rule as we cannot enforce it. However, alts in other guilds shows divided loyalty. You are a part of this guild, or you are not. So I prefer it to be all or none.
2. If you have a problem with a guild member that cannot be solved between the two of you, it is imperative that you take it up with one of the officers. If your initial response is to leave the guild first, and THEN try to talk to one of us, you will most likely get ignored. We have no patience for cry babies and drama queens. Stay in the guild and try to correct the problem, not run away.
3. If you leave the guild on your own accord, you will be allowed back in the guild, unless the Officers feel you left in bad taste. However with guild rank, you will start at the bottom again. If you leave a second time, you will not be allowed to return. Think on this before you decide to leave. We also ask that if you plan on leaving the guild, you talk to an officer you feel comfortable with first. So many times, people leave for stupid reasons that can be worked out with a little bit of communication. We will not take the excuse "I didn't know" on this, or anything else stated in the Charter.
